Advise corporate clients on U.S. business immigration matters, lead high-volume client engagements, develop strategies, manage teams, ensure compliance, support business development, and use data and technology to improve service delivery.

Manages cross-border workforce tax engagements for multinational clients, including expatriate tax compliance, tax equalization, program design, client relationships, budgets, billing, and project workflow. Leads and coaches teams, develops recommendations, manages complex data and digital solutions, supports pricing strategies, and advises clients on global mobility trends and requirements.

Prepare and manage complex employment-based immigration matters (PERM, Adjustment of Status), draft petitions, respond to clients, lead client program management, mentor junior staff, leverage automation and data, ensure compliance and high-quality deliverables.

Advise corporate clients on U.S. employment-based immigration matters; prepare and file H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment petitions; develop immigration strategies; ensure compliance; leverage technology to improve efficiency; participate in client meetings and mentor team members.
