Leads and coaches teams, develops recommendations, manages complex data and digital solutions, supports pricing strategies, and advises clients on global mobility trends and requirements.

Prepare and manage complex employment-based immigration matters (PERM, Adjustment of Status), draft petitions, respond to clients, lead client program management, mentor junior staff, leverage automation and data, ensure compliance and high-quality deliverables.
