Leads quality improvement programs for the national 988 Lifeline Network, including clinical quality monitoring, AI-enabled process improvement, data analysis, compliance investigations, KPI tracking, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Manages Quality Improvement Specialists, coordinates projects across crisis centers, develops measurement tools, presents outcomes to funders and executives, and drives sustained improvements across voice, chat, text, and video services.

Build, validate, deploy, monitor, and maintain predictive models and analytical reports. Translate findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders, promote data literacy, deliver training, collaborate on data infrastructure, apply advanced statistical and machine learning methods, and support analytical requests across mental health and crisis care programs.

Coordinates the full grant management lifecycle, including proposal and report preparation, deadline tracking, recordkeeping, federal compliance, budget and procurement support, vendor deliverable monitoring, and grant calendar maintenance. Facilitates collaboration among Program, Finance, Legal, and external partners while helping improve workflows and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Supports the full lifecycle of federal grant management, including proposal development, submissions, renewals, amendments, reporting, compliance, and deadline tracking. Maintains grant records, monitors deliverables, gathers audit documentation, and supports vendor contracts, procurements, and subrecipient files. Collaborates with Finance, Legal, Program teams, and external partners to align budgets, documentation, and reporting with federal regulations and organizational policies. Contributes to process improvements and grants management documentation.

Support, maintain, and enhance the Salesforce CRM including custom development, integrations, data migrations, reports, dashboards, security, and upgrades. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, produce technical documentation and specifications, provide user training and support, and continuously improve CRM processes and integrations to streamline business workflows.

Lead and scale Vibrant's data science, ML, and AI function: set strategy and governance, oversee applied research and production ML (especially NLP), ensure HIPAA-compliant deployments, partner with execs and engineering, recruit and mentor teams, and deliver measurable outcomes for crisis services and enterprise initiatives.

Senior Salesforce Administrator responsible for CRM maintenance, enhancements, integrations, data migration, reports/dashboards, user support and training, documentation, vendor collaboration, and working with product, design, and analytics teams to deliver CRM solutions.

Manage ethics and compliance screening for research and evaluation activities. Conduct IRB and PRA/OMB intake reviews, assess protocols and data collection for participant protections, prepare recommendation and documentation, coordinate with stakeholders, and support dissemination and process improvements for research governance in a crisis line/public health context.
