Provides Tier 2 support for members, employer groups, brokers, and internal teams across group setup, renewals, access management, audits, reporting, broker administration, trust meetings, and EDI eligibility support. Maintains accurate records, audit trails, deadlines, and compliance documentation while coordinating with clients, carriers, brokers, and internal departments. Uses Excel, Salesforce, and related systems to resolve issues, manage workloads, and support benefits administration processes.

Build and scale Vimly’s strategic partnership ecosystem across consultants, brokers, ERISA lawyers, and benefits advisors. Recruit and activate partners, generate qualified partner-sourced sales pipeline, establish referral agreements, enable co-selling, and track conversion and revenue metrics. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success to improve partner performance, represent market feedback, and create scalable partnership processes in a PE-backed growth environment.

Own full sales cycle to acquire new logos and expand revenue. Build targeted outbound/inbound pipeline, run consultative discovery with complex buyers, orchestrate cross-functional teams, maintain disciplined CRM and forecasting, and close multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in a regulated SaaS environment.
