Leads performance marketing strategy for new business and client growth, with paid social as the core focus. Owns performance narratives, integrated pitches, platform partnerships, industry representation, and internal education. Identifies growth opportunities, develops capabilities and case studies, advises on emerging channels and measurement innovations, and partners with strategy, business development, creative, influencer, and client services teams.

Manages creator operations across marketing campaigns, including creator vetting, data validation, content and profile reviews, brand safety monitoring, risk documentation, and escalation. Partners with Client Services, Creator Relations, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaign compliance, accurate records, and seamless execution across multiple workflows.

Owns end-to-end delivery of integrated influencer and technology marketing programs across strategy, creative, production, paid media, analytics, and influencer teams. Maintains project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, documentation, and operational workflows. Identifies risks, scope changes, capacity gaps, and budget pressure early; leads meetings and follow-ups; supports creative production and asset handoffs; and improves processes across assigned accounts.
