Build and operate backend services powering Virta’s quote-to-cash systems, including contracts, pricing, billing, subscriptions, invoices, claims, and reconciliation. Hire, mentor, and scale engineering managers and engineers; define roadmaps, drive cross-functional alignment, and balance technical investments with rapid product delivery while improving systems, architecture, and engineering processes.

Build and own foundational data infrastructure for Member Marketing and Coverage Eligibility: define data contracts, ensure identity and lineage, implement observability and reconciliation, modernize file/API integrations, design for correctness and auditability in regulated workflows, and lead cross-functional delivery and technical standards.
