Sell new and used vehicles through showroom, phone, referral, and service-department prospecting. Maintain CRM records, meet daily prospecting and call goals, conduct demonstrations and price negotiations, complete transaction documentation, coordinate vehicle preparation and delivery, follow up with customers, maintain showroom and inventory presentation, and comply with dealership policies. Requires regular attendance, professional customer service, physical activity, a valid driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record.

The Sales Consultant handles incoming inquiries, assists customers in vehicle selection, responds to leads, and maintains customer relationships. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.

Supports dealership sales by preparing legal documents, arranging vehicle financing and leases, completing transactions, collecting payments and titles, verifying insurance and customer information, and selling aftermarket products and protection plans. Calculates front- and back-end gross profit, maintains transaction logs, reports daily finance results, processes vehicle deliveries, and ensures compliance with Washington State requirements and company policies. The role requires professional customer service, regular attendance, extensive standing and walking, a valid driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record.
