Drives sales productivity by improving processes, tool adoption, activation strategies, data quality, and team performance. Partners with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop scalable solutions, provide coaching, analyze metrics, and facilitate communication between sales and subject matter experts. This fully remote role requires strong project management, change management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Own and evolve Voltus’s infrastructure platform, including Kubernetes and Nomad workloads, AWS architecture, identity and secrets, stateful systems, observability, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and developer tooling. Lead business-critical migrations with minimal downtime, establish reliable deployment and rollback practices, mentor engineers, participate in on-call, and build secure infrastructure supporting AI-assisted development.

Build quantitative risk models and automated tooling to price and risk-weight capacity positions, run Monte Carlo and stress tests, research long-term capacity drivers, recommend hedging strategies, and automate data ingestion into a living data model to inform market decisions.
