Sell and retain Voya Employee Benefits through brokers and consultants in an assigned Minnesota territory (employers 200+; emphasis 500-5,000). Drive new business and manage renewals for Group Life, Disability, Stop Loss and voluntary products, maintaining strong broker relationships. Role requires regional travel and proximity to the assigned office.

Lead business development and growth for Voya's multiple employer/pooled plan recordkeeping solutions. Serve as subject-matter expert, educate and support sales teams and intermediaries, identify prospects, present proposals, attend finalist meetings and industry conferences, influence product strategy, support implementations and onboarding, and develop marketing/collateral to expand pooled-plan adoption.

The Sales Representative will manage sales activities in a designated region, focusing on Voya's retirement and investment products, while building relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.
