Lead production work from concept approval to final delivery across print, presentation, social and internal communications. Ensure files meet technical specs and brand standards, troubleshoot production issues, manage multiple projects to deadlines, maintain file organization and time entry practices, and collaborate with producers, PMs and creative leads.

Develop visual designs, typography, logos, icons, and integrated creative concepts across TV, print, and digital. Collaborate with teams, lead concept development, execute work to briefs and timelines, and present/sell designs to clients and peers.

Lead digital campaign design efforts: define service capability, oversee concepting and delivery, manage teams and stakeholder coordination, contribute to new business, mentor UX/digital designers, and ensure high-quality work across multiple engagements.
