Serve as COO/CAO Chief of Staff to coordinate and drive enterprise strategic initiatives, lead special projects, support board relations, provide decision support and stakeholder alignment, monitor high-priority programs, mentor staff, and represent the COO/CAO as needed. Provide analysis, prioritize requests, support meetings and communications, and manage resources to ensure organizational objectives are met.

Support website and eCommerce usability, design, content, and conversions. Execute front-end changes, maintain CMS content and graphics, apply SEO tactics, collaborate with UX and web teams, and support email/marketing automation campaigns.

Lead and advance innovation initiatives across assigned domains by identifying opportunities, quantifying enterprise value, designing and validating prototypes and pilots, advising project teams, conducting user research, engaging stakeholders, mentoring junior staff, and translating trends into actionable insights to drive adoption and business impact.
