Advise managers, supervisors, and employees on HR policies, employee relations, compensation, benefits, staffing, and conflict management. Interpret employment laws and company policies, guide corrective actions, resolve complex HR issues, support organizational development and change initiatives, deliver training, and contribute to HR projects from inception through implementation.

Collaborate with business teams to define analytics needs, explore and analyze operational and financial data, build forecasts and regression models, and create dashboards and visualizations. Communicate insights to leaders, support decision-making, contribute to data modeling, metadata, quality remediation, and adhere to data governance, security, and privacy standards.

Sell and service eyewear products by managing existing accounts, developing new business prospects, cultivating customer relationships, and achieving revenue and quota targets. The role develops sales strategies, presents product solutions, gathers customer feedback, coordinates with internal departments, analyzes market data, and maintains sales records. It requires extensive travel, a clean driving record, applicable agent licensing, and strong business-to-business sales and account management skills.
