Lead and operate Vynca's IT function for a fully remote, HIPAA-regulated healthcare organization. Manage a distributed IT team, own day-to-day operations (hardware lifecycle, provisioning, identity and access), enforce security and compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2), administer MDM/SSO/endpoint tools, support audits, and drive operational improvements while mentoring staff.

The Lead Care Manager coordinates comprehensive care for clients, advocating for their access to healthcare services, developing care plans, and ensuring communication among care teams.

Lead Care Manager assesses complex client needs, develops and updates care plans, connects clients to healthcare and social supports, conducts outreach and engagement, documents in EMR/CRM, advocates with providers, arranges transportation, monitors progress, and applies evidence-based practices (Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, Trauma-Informed Care).
