Lead advanced accounting and reporting for record-to-report operations: review staff and offshore work, prepare complex journal entries, support monthly/quarterly closes, reconcile cash and intercompany transactions, perform variance analyses, ensure SOX and U.S. GAAP compliance, assist audits and tax reporting, and identify BlackLine automation opportunities.

Lead global intercompany accounting: manage reconciliations, settlements, eliminations, dispute resolution, general ledger, monthly close, consolidations, and fixed asset accounting. Ensure SOX compliance, liaise with auditors, deliver reporting and analytics, lead and mentor a global team, implement process improvements and BlackLine automation, and support special projects and quarterly filings.

This role involves preparing and analyzing profit share statements, interpreting contracts, providing financial data for reporting, and fostering strong relationships across the organization. A focus on financial accuracy, contract management, and continuous improvement in processes is critical.
