Leads fiduciary risk, compliance, governance, audit, examination, vendor, and control oversight for the WM&AS division. Aggregates risk information, identifies trends and control gaps, manages enterprise issue tracking, prepares executive and committee reporting, coordinates remediation and examination readiness, and oversees compliance staff and analysts. Partners with corporate risk, legal, audit, operations, investments, and fiduciary teams while driving governance and control improvements.

Originates and sells residential mortgage loans within CRA assessment areas, builds relationships with community organizations, realtors, and government agencies, supports community outreach and CRA compliance, pre-qualifies borrowers (including self-employed), manages loan files through closing, and represents the bank at events to generate lending opportunities.

The WMAS Relationship Manager is responsible for client relationship management, business development, and risk management, ensuring high-quality service and profitability.
