Manage end-to-end corporate tax compliance and planning: prepare and review federal and multi-state returns, own ASC 740 provision, coordinate external advisors, support audits, advise on domestic and international tax issues, build tax processes and tooling, and partner cross-functionally on equity, payroll tax, and intercompany matters.

Design and implement a scalable observability stack (logging, metrics, tracing, APM); select and configure agents; build alerting, incident management, runbooks, and dashboards; automate toil and codify monitoring as IaC; reduce MTTD/MTTR and train teams on instrumentation and incident response.

Lead design and scaling of ELT pipelines and analytics schemas on Snowflake. Build Looker views, CI/CD automation, and orchestration workflows (Prefect/Airflow). Ensure production reliability with monitoring (Datadog, Monte Carlo), partner with cross-functional teams, and provide technical leadership including code reviews, testing, and end-to-end ownership of data integrity and platform trustworthiness.
