Oversees regional teams and external advisors while developing scalable processes, AI-enabled monitoring, financial modeling, and analytics. Requires deep multinational transfer pricing expertise, executive communication, and leadership across jurisdictions.

Leads worldwide income tax accounting, reporting, compliance governance, forecasting, tax controls, audits, and outsourced compliance operations. Owns ASC 740 tax provisions, disclosures, SOX controls, global filing obligations, BEPS and Pillar Two readiness, and executive tax advice. The role also modernizes tax operations through automation, AI/ML governance, integrated systems, predictive analytics, and standardized processes while building a high-performing global team.

Own the full sales cycle for high-value enterprise SaaS accounts, from outbound prospecting through negotiation and close. Build executive relationships, manage complex multi-stakeholder buying processes, develop ROI-based business cases, maintain pipeline and forecast accuracy, and achieve sales quotas. The role requires selling to large organizations, particularly HR and human capital buyers, while partnering with Marketing, BDRs, and Client Success. It also involves using sales technology and AI tools, coaching peers, and supporting continuous process improvement.

Leads global financial consolidation, SEC reporting, quarterly and annual financial statements, technical accounting, SOX controls, lease accounting, and audit support. The role also drives AI and automation across accounting workflows using tools such as NetSuite and Pigment, supports multinational intercompany eliminations and currency translation, and assists with acquired-entity integrations, debt covenant reporting, and accounting policy updates.

Executes Wellhub’s US wellbeing engagement strategy by facilitating client webinars and events, creating and localizing content, managing brand resources and client requests, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders across multiple initiatives. The role supports launch and ongoing client engagement while ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with company goals.

Leads Wellhub’s strategic gym and wellness partnerships across North America. Owns partner lifecycle strategy, revenue growth, complex C-suite negotiations, pipeline development, innovative partnership initiatives, and implementation. Builds relationships with major fitness providers, represents Wellhub at industry events, and collaborates with Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver high-touch partner experiences.
