Provide strategic HR leadership and operational support across assigned resorts, sales, and corporate locations. Drive talent management, succession planning, compliance, employee relations, performance and compensation processes, workforce analytics, culture and engagement, and coach regional leaders. Oversee regional HR team development and partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other departments.

Make outbound and inbound calls to current owners to generate upgrades and new sales, follow a 45-day lead engagement cycle via phone/email/text, meet daily call and revenue targets, cross-sell vacation products, maintain accurate records and compliance, and collaborate with the telesales team lead.
