Manage disputes, pre-litigation matters, subpoenas, document collection, discovery, litigation holds, and preservation. Conduct legal research, draft correspondence and memoranda, support risk management, revise firm policies, prepare training materials, and collaborate with internal teams and outside counsel. The role requires a licensed attorney with 3–6 years of law firm litigation experience and may be full-time or part-time with hybrid flexibility.

Designs, implements, and maintains Azure cloud infrastructure, Azure DevOps pipelines, and Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code. Serves as a technical expert across infrastructure and application teams, ensures cloud solutions meet security and vendor best practices, develops technology roadmaps, performs root cause analysis, and documents managed services. The role also supports Microsoft cloud integrations, lifecycle planning, and communication of technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Provides administrative and recruiting support for law school hiring, including event planning, data entry, applicant and resume processing, interview scheduling, correspondence, summer associate program support, and special projects. The role requires accurate handling of confidential information, strong organization and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems, and flexibility to work overtime.
