Onboard and educate SMB merchants, manage customer relationships, drive activation and loan-volume outcomes, execute activation campaigns, and communicate merchant feedback to product, marketing, growth, and partner teams. The role requires consultative communication, strong organization, data-informed prioritization, and continuous improvement of the merchant activation playbook.

Performs treasury finance operations, including loan sales, data analysis, reconciliation, and financial controls. Automates recurring workflows using SQL, Python, Excel, and AI tools; maintains and modernizes data pipelines; investigates discrepancies; and communicates insights to technical and business stakeholders. Serves as a subject matter expert on loan data and finance processes while supporting fraud prevention and financial governance.

Own key areas of the monthly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Investigate discrepancies across transaction systems and the general ledger, support audits and tax requests, review invoices and expenses, and improve accounting processes through automation and AI tools. Partner with business teams to develop scalable accounting processes for lending, payments, refunds, and disbursements.
