Manage onboarding, coaching, mentoring, performance and safety of drivers and helpers. Spend most of the day in the field, audit route documentation, conduct incident root-cause investigations, maintain DOT records, and visit customer sites to resolve safety/service issues.

Lead a public sector proposal and contract strategy team to develop RFP/RFQ responses, drive municipal growth, support contract renewals and negotiations, build proposal processes and content libraries, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and coach staff to improve proposal quality and win rates.

Lead enterprise revenue management and pricing strategy, implement pricing tools and processes, partner with sales and market leaders to maximize net price impact and customer lifetime value, monitor market/pricing trends, develop budgets, and guide execution and contingency plans to support revenue growth and retention.
