Leads Workday’s State and Local Government industry strategy by analyzing product-market fit, advising strategic customers, guiding product roadmaps, driving AI adoption, developing business cases, identifying partner and acquisition opportunities, and supporting sales pursuits. Translates public-sector needs into product requirements, innovation opportunities, and go-to-market strategies while influencing executive stakeholders and product teams.

Lead and mentor an AI agent engineering team developing scalable, secure HR and Finance AI solutions. Drive technical strategy, project delivery, platform integration, and adoption of LLMs, RAG, and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph. Partner with product, data science, architecture, vendors, and open-source communities while ensuring privacy, security, compliance, testing, monitoring, reliability, and performance.

Own complex enterprise identity sales cycles from discovery through close. Build pipeline, account strategies, and executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and CTOs. Position identity governance, access management, compliance, least-privilege controls, lifecycle automation, and AI governance as strategic business solutions. Collaborate with core account executives, solution consultants, product, customer success, partners, and other cross-functional teams in an overlay sales model. Drive multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and meet or exceed quota.
