Deliver post-go-live microconsulting for Workday Financials and Grants: provide configuration guidance, troubleshooting, demonstrations, tenant reviews, feature adoption, and small-scope deployments. Maintain Workday certifications and product expertise, create customer presentations, and help build programs to drive adoption. Up to 20% travel; engage directly with customers to accelerate feature use and optimize configuration.

Manage the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Contract Intelligence AI products. Collaborate with teams to define requirements and market strategies, ensuring delivery of generative AI solutions.
