Teams at Workday

Leads complex global customer implementations from post-sale through successful delivery. Builds customer relationships, manages project plans, timelines, communications, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Coordinates internal teams, platform configurations, integrations, vendors, and customer stakeholders. Supports adoption transitions, mentors team members, documents processes, improves implementation methodology, advocates for customers, and influences product roadmap decisions.

Lead successful implementations of Workday HCM reporting and analytics by configuring, testing, and delivering reports, dashboards, Prism and composite solutions. Provide demos, enablement, and client-facing consulting; collaborate with technical and senior stakeholders, apply data modeling and SQL skills, and leverage BI tools to drive business value. Travel up to 20% and maintain Workday certifications.

Provides senior consulting and implementation expertise for Workday HCM Reporting and Analytics. Configures and tests solutions, delivers customer demonstrations and enablement programs, translates complex technical concepts, and collaborates with internal, external, and senior-management stakeholders. Requires deep experience with Workday reporting tools, analytics, data warehousing, BI platforms, data modeling, and SQL. The role includes up to 10% travel and hybrid work with at least 50% quarterly office or customer-field time.
