Lead vision, strategy, and execution to modernize the WinTeam ERP platform. Drive AI-first workflows, roadmap prioritization, and technical modernization. Build and mentor a high-performing PM team, align stakeholders across Engineering, Design and GTM, deepen customer engagement, and deliver data-driven ROI and product profitability.

Own and optimize the MarTech stack (Pardot, Salesforce, GA4, Webflow, 6sense, ZoomInfo, DataGroomr); maintain integrations and data integrity; build lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, and attribution workflows; run data hygiene and privacy processes; configure analytics and multi-touch reporting; implement AI-driven marketing workflows; and partner with Sales, IT, and RevOps to ensure full-funnel visibility and operational efficiency.
