Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous problems into product direction, write specifications, define success metrics, gather user feedback, and drive rapid iteration. Align GTM, customer support, and operations stakeholders while managing products from kickoff through launch.

Own and scale top-of-funnel demand generation: plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, leverage AI and automation to increase qualified leads, analyze funnel metrics and pipeline ROI, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Data Science to translate campaigns into revenue.

Embed with enterprise customers to discover and scope frontline operational problems, prioritize and define FDE pod builds (integrations, tooling, extensions), drive rapid prototyping and feedback loops, and establish pod operating rhythms to scale enterprise delivery and influence core product roadmap.
