Develop persuasive copy for email, digital and print advertising, social media, video, web, collateral, and B2B/B2C communications. Partner with stakeholders and designers to align creative work with business goals, maintain brand voice across audiences and channels, and proofread marketing materials. Manage multiple deadlines while presenting creative recommendations and adapting messaging across product lines.

Develops new higher education partnerships and accounts through outbound sales, relationship building, conferences, virtual meetings, and campus visits. Manages prospects through program development and closure using consultative selling techniques, maintains CRM records, and collaborates with internal operations, academic support, and risk management teams to ensure successful program execution.

Coordinates approximately 150 international academic engagements for university programs. Researches global markets, identifies and contacts speakers and organizations, schedules engagements, tracks contacts in Capstone CRM, and aligns academic content with course objectives. Collaborates with sales, account management, faculty, clients, and international partners; leads client meetings; maintains curriculum and destination materials; supports experiential learning activities; and ensures deadlines, expectations, and engagement details are met.
