Lead design, build, and deployment of production AI solutions integrated into Polaris IQ. Own full lifecycle maintenance and reliability, partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to identify high-value opportunities, and manage/coach 2-3 junior AI strategists. Translate technical approaches to business value and move concepts to production quickly.
