As a Software Quality Engineer, you will define quality assurance strategies, develop automation frameworks, and ensure the reliability of AI applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead and execute research on large language models and agentic systems, running large-scale post-training experiments (SFT, RLHF, RLAIF, DPO, GRPO), building evaluation benchmarks and data synthesis pipelines, translating research into model improvements and production deployments, publishing at top venues, and mentoring researchers and engineers.

As a senior support engineer, you will troubleshoot complex customer issues, guide technical users, and improve support operations through automation while collaborating across teams.
