Coordinates small- to mid-size proposals from initiation through submission, managing schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, contributor progress, content reviews, internal approvals, version control, and submission logistics. Identifies compliance gaps, supports larger pursuits and capture strategy, develops templates and processes, and mentors junior proposal staff. The role requires strong project coordination, editing, proposal development, communication, and document production skills.
