Supports employees and managers with leave of absence and accommodation programs. Reviews and manages leave claims, validates eligibility, sends required communications, tracks cases, responds to inquiries, maintains records, and ensures compliance with deadlines and policies. Provides guidance on time off, short-term disability, and FMLA processes while escalating and resolving service requests. Uses case management tools and identifies opportunities to improve administrative workflows.

Supervises nurses, surgical technicians, and allied health professionals in a strategic staffing program. Manages assignments, scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, reimbursements, onboarding, employee relations, compliance paperwork, performance reviews, reporting, recognition, and workforce development. Partners with recruiters, HR, clinical educators, and hospital departments while resolving employee needs, staffing issues, and operational concerns.

Provides administrative and legal support to the health system’s contracting and transactional legal functions. Responsibilities include calendar and travel coordination, preparing and circulating documents, managing contract and case files, tracking signatures and execution, maintaining legal databases, conducting vendor sanction and registration checks, organizing discovery and due diligence materials, searching legal records, and training personnel on contract management systems.

Supervises accounting operations supporting healthcare departments, including budgeting, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, month-end close, variance analysis, financial reporting, billing, accounts receivable, audits, and internal controls. Manages accounting staff performance, training, workload delegation, and compliance. Develops financial analyses and documentation for department leadership, budgets, and external audits while supporting performance improvement initiatives.

Designs, implements, and optimizes Workday architecture and enterprise solutions. Provides strategic consultation, specifies complex system designs, oversees integration and change management, mentors teams, leads impact analysis, and supports implementations including travel and on-call responsibilities.
