Contract Supply Chain Analyst III will own supply chain analytics, turning complex operational data into actionable insights across forecasting, inventory planning, allocation, order management, and performance metrics. Build repeatable ETL and reporting workflows, develop models to identify risks and opportunities, conduct root-cause analysis, partner cross-functionally, and occasionally support executional tasks like inventory reconciliation and 3PL invoice auditing. Three-month contract with possible extension.

Lead full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, partner with hiring managers on talent strategy, leverage AI and systems to scale sourcing and operations, improve workflows and recruiting infrastructure, maintain organized trackers and documentation, and support broader recruiting projects to meet startup hiring needs.

Own and optimize Klaviyo-based lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app. Build flows, run A/B tests, collaborate with BI and product teams, connect onsite and lifecycle experiences, stabilize migrated journeys, and measure impact on attach, upgrades, retention, and repeat purchase.

Lead a zero-to-one consumer product (Never Wonder) converting smart-home data into AI-driven insights. Define vision, roadmap, UX flows, and metrics; lead cross-functional teams (engineering, AI/ML, design, data); drive discovery, prototyping, launch, iteration, and go-to-market readiness.

Partner with hardware product, supply chain, and sales teams to lead pricing, unit-economics, and contribution-profit analysis. Own hardware financial planning, pricing elasticity models, OPEX/headcount planning, decision-ready reporting, and surface risks/opportunities to influence roadmap and forecasting.

Lead S&OP and inventory planning to balance demand, supply, service levels, and working capital. Improve planning systems, build analytical algorithms and AI-enabled workflows, manage overseas suppliers, and lead a supply chain analytics team to drive data-driven inventory decisions and presentations to leadership.

Own end-to-end subscription product lifecycle: discover opportunities, define strategy and requirements, partner with design/engineering/data, launch and measure AI-powered premium features, run experiments to improve conversion, engagement, retention, and LTV, and iterate to drive measurable business impact.

Design, build, and operate scalable, highly available cloud services and microservices (Java/Spring Boot, Go, Python) on public cloud platforms. Own end-to-end service lifecycle, ensure reliability/observability/security, troubleshoot production incidents, use AI-assisted tooling, and collaborate cross-functionally to support millions of devices.
