Coordinate and drive delivery for a portfolio of patient and provider experience projects across 3-5 product and engineering teams. Track action items and risks, facilitate working sessions, maintain project visibility for leadership, escalate blockers with solutions, and evolve to independently own initiatives within 12 months. Use project tracking tools (Jira/Confluence) and collaborate across cross-functional teams in a Greater Seattle-based role.

Provide executive scheduling and travel/expense coordination for C-suite and board members; manage Seattle office operations, facilities/building liaison, event and guest experience, recruiting coordination, HR/IT onboarding support, and ad hoc tasks for CFO and G&A leadership.

Build and maintain scalable cloud-native data platforms and pipelines for analytics. Design system architecture, ingest high-volume bounded and unbounded data, optimize performance and cost, write tests and documentation, collaborate with product and EHR specialists, and adopt AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery and quality.
