The Territory Manager will lead business development efforts, manage sales channels, and develop professional relationships with municipal and industrial clients to drive sales in wastewater treatment.

Identify and pursue business growth opportunities, analyze operations and markets, improve sales and marketing strategies, build client relationships, negotiate and close deals, monitor revenue, and mentor junior staff to support long-term company success.

Lead and improve order entry and commercial processes for project-based sales. Coordinate proposal support, pricing, contract review, forecasting, CRM data quality, and cross-functional handoffs to ensure accurate, timely orders and strong customer experience. Drive process improvements, reporting, and tool support across sales, finance, operations, and customer service.
