Provides consulting services for complex contents and business personal property losses. Conducts field inspections, develops inventories, evaluates restoration versus total loss, performs RCV/ACV valuations and audits, prepares reports, manages project workflows, and communicates with clients and stakeholders. The role independently oversees assignments, mentors junior consultants, reviews work quality, maintains documentation, and supports litigation, pre-loss assessments, and business development activities.

Supports NetSuite and enterprise application administration, configuration, reporting, integrations, troubleshooting, testing, data integrity, and process improvement. The role gathers and translates business requirements, documents workflows, coordinates system enhancements and implementations, supports user acceptance testing, and trains business users. It serves as a liaison between IT, Finance, Operations, Sales, vendors, and consultants while helping optimize ERP processes and system adoption.

Provides senior-level traffic engineering and forensic consulting for roadway design, traffic operations, safety, and accident investigations. Reviews plans, traffic controls, signals, roadway conditions, and compliance with DOT, MUTCD, and local standards. Prepares technical reports and expert opinions, supports litigation and expert testimony, manages projects and client relationships, and mentors junior engineers. Requires extensive traffic and forensic experience, active PE and applicable TE licenses, traffic analysis software proficiency, and strong communication skills.
