Executive leader responsible for building and scaling Career Connect, a workforce solutions business. Owns growth strategy, employer partnerships, revenue generation, pilot launches, learner solution design, placement outcomes, operating model development, and cross-functional delivery. Builds and leads sales, solutions design, and delivery teams while establishing repeatable workforce programs across high-demand industries. Success is measured through employer acquisition, revenue, placements, learner outcomes, satisfaction, and sustainable business integration.

Lead financial strategy, planning, and operations for a blended-revenue nonprofit. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, systems transformation, controls, audits, and a high-performing finance team. Serve as strategic partner to CEO and Board to drive data-informed decision-making and scalable financial infrastructure across multiple sites.

Lead enterprise talent acquisition strategy and operations, partner with executives on workforce planning, build scalable recruiting programs, leverage data and AI-enabled tools, oversee employer branding, and manage and develop TA team while supporting student coaching and hybrid site engagement.
