Leads B2C marketing strategy for participant enrollment and alumni engagement, including lead generation, integrated campaigns, content, creative, advertising, SEO, digital experiences, agency relationships, and performance measurement. Partners with Enrollment, Alumni Relations, and Strategic Communications to align messaging, optimize conversion funnels, manage budgets, and strengthen brand consistency. Also coaches and mentors participants while leading cross-functional marketing initiatives.

Leads Year Up United’s AI innovation portfolio, maintaining visibility into initiatives, managing intake and governance, running low-cost pilots, and making evidence-based go/kill decisions. The role evaluates emerging AI capabilities, builds organizational AI fluency through communities and Champions, partners cross-functionally, and hands validated pilots to technical teams for scaling. It also includes mentoring students and occasional travel to organizational sites.

Executive leader responsible for building and scaling Career Connect, a workforce solutions business. Owns growth strategy, employer partnerships, revenue generation, pilot launches, learner solution design, placement outcomes, operating model development, and cross-functional delivery. Builds and leads sales, solutions design, and delivery teams while establishing repeatable workforce programs across high-demand industries. Success is measured through employer acquisition, revenue, placements, learner outcomes, satisfaction, and sustainable business integration.
