Lead preconstruction activities for data center projects from concept to construction handover. Responsibilities include due diligence, budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, estimating, risk management, value engineering, vendor selection and oversight, constructability reviews, and supporting procurement and contract negotiations to align scope, budget, and schedule.

Build and manage financial models and valuations to support transactions and investments. Support financing, due diligence, data room management, legal negotiations, and prepare presentation materials. Perform financial analysis with Development and Finance teams, research market trends, assist commercial negotiations, and support business strategy and project delivery.

Lead and manage design review and delivery for data center projects across the Americas. Coordinate vendors, model reviews and clash detection, ensure permitting, safety, quality, sustainability and commercial control. Provide technical due diligence, support construction issue resolution, implement global design standards, and drive site masterplanning and technical requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
