Build and lead Yoodli’s Revenue Strategy & Operations function as a strategic partner to the CRO. Own GTM operating cadences, business reviews, territory and coverage design, quota and compensation modeling, forecasting, customer master data, and data-driven revenue decisions. Lead Revenue Systems, hire an Analytics & Insights Lead, and partner across Finance, Deal Desk, Partnerships, Marketing, sales leadership, and founders to scale the revenue organization.

Serve as a technical pre-sales and post-sales partner: lead architecture reviews, design integrations and onboarding, respond to RFPs and security reviews, debug issues, and translate customer needs into product insights to improve adoption and scale processes.

Own and optimize the quote-to-cash lifecycle, pricing governance, contract handoffs, CRM data integrity, order fulfillment, and deal desk metrics. Partner with Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Finance to enforce policies, streamline approvals, analyze discounting and cycle times, and drive continuous operational improvements to accelerate deal velocity and revenue integrity.
