Teams at Your Part-Time Controller, LLC

Serve as an outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple nonprofit clients, overseeing financial reporting, accounting transactions, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, grant management, internal controls, compliance, audits, and financial presentations. Provide strategic guidance, process improvements, staff training, and trusted client relationship management while working with nonprofit leadership, boards, and finance committees in a hybrid environment.

Provides outsourced accounting services to nonprofit clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, monthly financial reporting, grant tracking, cash-flow monitoring, and audit preparation. The role manages multiple client relationships, collaborates with boards and finance committees, and works virtually and on-site as needed. It requires strong accounting technology, Excel, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with potential advancement to Controller.
