Teams at Youth Villages

Support development and QA of the GuideTree clinical platform by designing and running automated (Cypress/Selenium) and manual tests, documenting results, triaging bugs, running database queries, and collaborating with product and development teams. Assist with release activities and occasional custom development/configuration in Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, and Liferay.

Support and configure the GuideTree platform (Liferay), gather user requirements, manage user support and testing, run user research and analytics, coordinate content and process improvements, and assist cross-functional teams on product and engineering projects.

The Regional Network Manager acts as a liaison between Youth Villages and partner organizations, coordinating support, managing program implementation, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
