Teams at YouthCare

Provide overnight on-site supervision for youth in a residential program: conduct safety checks, crisis intervention, documentation, medication support, light facility maintenance, and participate in trainings while maintaining trauma-informed, youth-centered care and program compliance.

Provide vocational training, job readiness, placement and retention support to young people experiencing homelessness. Build partnerships, coordinate internships and job fairs, maintain client records in CaseWorthy, perform outreach and 12-month follow-up, support basic needs and crisis response, and transport clients as required.

The Client Services Navigator provides trauma-informed services to up to 20 youth clients, assisting with housing assessments, case management, and community resource access to promote stability and independence.
