Own and administer Zeno’s AWS-based engineering computing environment, including cloud workstations, HPC resources, storage, networking, access, licensing, and specialized engineering applications. Translate engineering needs into technical requirements, support users, manage software procurement, troubleshoot infrastructure and licensing issues, and maintain security and compliance documentation. The role is hybrid in Seattle, requires less than 10% travel, and has a six-month contract duration.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, purchasing support, financial statements, audits, budgeting, forecasting, payroll processing, reimbursements, and tax reconciliations. The Accountant will analyze financial performance, identify discrepancies, maintain accounting records, and communicate actionable financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.

Hands-on People and Culture Generalist responsible for onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, HRIS data, benefits, leave processes, compliance, performance cycles, employee communications, and process improvement. The role supports a growing multi-state workforce, maintains accurate records, coordinates cross-functional handoffs, answers employee questions, and improves workflows through documentation, automation, and reliable reporting.
