Manage a portfolio of clients as a strategic advisor, driving retention, renewals, expansion, platform adoption, and revenue growth. Develop data-driven email, SMS, lifecycle, and omnichannel marketing strategies; lead QBRs; coordinate cross-functional delivery; educate clients on platform capabilities; and oversee billing, budgeting, forecasting, and issue resolution.

Lead technical execution and architecture for the Loyalty product. Own roadmap, design distributed services and APIs, ensure reliability/observability, integrate with ZMP and AthenaOS, build and coach engineering teams, and drive cross-team delivery of scalable multi-tenant loyalty capabilities.

Manages programmatic analytics and insights for client accounts, leading measurement frameworks, brand lift studies, incrementality testing, and A/B experiments. Develops media and campaign strategies, communicates performance insights to clients, and supports pitches and QBRs. Oversees, mentors, and develops analysts while partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve measurement tools, campaign optimization, and analytical capabilities.
