Designs, standardizes, and maintains SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Ariba integration templates for scalable customer implementations. Partners with Engineering, Product, Design, and account teams to architect solutions, support pre-sales, analyze customer data mappings, and convert bespoke integrations into reusable assets. Defines technical consulting best practices, troubleshoots APIs and integration errors, documents requirements, and expands expertise across ERP ecosystems while supporting implementation excellence.

Serves as the primary pre-sales technical contact, partnering with sales teams to conduct discovery, deliver demonstrations, address technical questions, complete security questionnaires, and build customized solutions. Leads proof-of-concept scoping, translates customer requirements, supports enterprise procurement software sales, and ensures effective handoff to post-sales consultants. The role also provides product feedback and helps improve pre-sales processes and messaging.

Own the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts, targeting global companies with $7B+ in revenue. Prospect for new business, engage C-level stakeholders, navigate complex procurement processes, and sell Zip’s AI-powered procurement platform. The role requires consultative solution selling, executive-level consensus building, and closing complex SaaS deals. The successful candidate will also help shape sales strategy, processes, and culture in a high-growth startup environment.
