Design, engineer, and manage outside plant (OSP) fiber projects including cable sizing, records, permitting, ROW/easement work, construction coordination, cost estimates, and cross-functional support to expand and maintain the fiber network.

Drive small and medium business sales through door-to-door outreach, phone and email follow-ups, community events, networking, and partnerships. Complete training, meet monthly sales targets, track expenses, participate in local organizations, and travel up to 25% for team events.

Lead FP&A activities including financial modeling, performance analysis, monthly reporting, budgeting and capital ROI assessment. Partner cross-functionally to inform strategy and scale operations.
