Leads Ziply Fiber’s commercial order-to-cash organization, overseeing order management, fulfillment, service delivery coordination, customer implementations, billing support, escalations, and account management support. Establishes operational standards, service levels, KPIs, budgets, and workforce plans while driving process improvement, automation, customer experience, and operational transformation. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, Technology, Customer Operations, and Field Operations, and manages vendor relationships and executive-level customer escalations.

Build and maintain relationships with local governments, public works departments, utilities, community leaders, residents, and businesses. Support fiber network expansion by resolving permitting, right-of-way, pole attachment, construction, and community issues across jurisdictions. Represent Ziply Fiber with public officials, coordinate internal responses to constituent inquiries, track complaint resolution, and provide local insight to network operations and build-area teams.

Leads corporate development and strategy, including M&A, investments, partnerships, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, negotiations, transaction closing, and integration planning. Develops strategic analyses, business cases, executive and Board presentations, and growth recommendations. Builds acquisition pipelines, leads cross-functional workstreams, establishes governance and operating processes, and mentors team members while supporting enterprise strategy and inorganic growth.
