Lead new business development and revenue growth for NewHomeSource Listings and Builder Digital Solutions. Build relationships with homebuilders and developers, generate qualified leads, run demos, manage full sales cycles, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, execute territory sales plans, and travel within territory and to industry events.

Conduct public records research (county recorder/assessor/GIS) to identify home sales and parcel owners for new-home communities, update the company database, and report findings via a web portal to a Regional Research Manager. Part-time, remote role with flexible schedule.

Drive new business for NewHomeSource Listings, Advertising, Graphics/Interactive and Self-Guided Tour services. Build relationships with homebuilders and developers, execute territory sales plans, generate regular appointments, manage full sales cycle in Salesforce, perform demos, travel within territory and represent products at events to close deals and grow revenue.
