Teams at Zoom

Conduct applied large language model research for Zoommate and meeting intelligence features. Design training, data, evaluation, and benchmarking pipelines; apply post-training methods such as RLHF, RLVR, reward modeling, and preference learning; and develop agentic AI systems with tool usage, function calling, and multimodal capabilities. Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready solutions.

Own Zoom Chat’s enterprise admin, compliance, external collaboration, permissions, and trust-model roadmap. Translate regulatory requirements into product features, build analytics and dashboards, and deliver consistent experiences across desktop, mobile, and web. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Security, Legal, and go-to-market teams to prioritize, launch, and iterate enterprise capabilities for regulated customers.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end product experience for Zoom’s Sales Engagement platform. Lead AI sequencing, multichannel outreach, engagement automation, buyer-signal workflows, and sales integrations. Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption, pipeline generation, retention, and revenue growth. The role requires deep knowledge of B2B SaaS, sales engagement, CRM, outbound prospecting, and AI-enabled automation.
