Lead senior engineering teams responsible for ZoomInfo’s operational and analytical data platforms. Set strategy, architecture, and roadmaps for Bigtable, BigQuery, ingestion pipelines, CDC systems, reliability, scalability, observability, and compliant customer data deletion. Manage technical leaders, develop engineering talent, prioritize competing initiatives, and partner with executives, product, legal, compliance, security, and downstream engineering teams to accelerate data onboarding and maintain platform integrity.

Leads strategy and end-to-end execution for major trade shows, conferences, brand events, and corporate activations. Manages event objectives, booth design, messaging, vendors, budgets, assets, swag inventory, and cross-functional coordination. Partners with field marketing, sales, demand generation, creative teams, and agencies. Measures attendance, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and ROMI to optimize future programs.

Own ZoomInfo’s growth product portfolio from acquisition through activation, monetization, expansion, and sales-assist routing. Define multi-quarter PLG strategy, run high-volume experimentation, analyze funnels and cohorts using SQL and Snowflake, design self-serve experiences and consumption-based pricing, and present growth economics to executives. Partner across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success while hiring and coaching growth PMs and establishing experimentation standards.
