As a Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant, you will deliver high-quality solutions, perform analyses, and develop recommendations for clients, while mentoring junior team members.

Build and optimize production-grade LLM and generative AI systems, including RAG pipelines, model fine-tuning, embedding search, evaluation, and scalable inference. Develop FastAPI services, integrate AI into production software, and improve latency, GPU utilization, reliability, and cost efficiency. Research emerging AI techniques, contribute to MLOps through model tracking and observability, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

Lead enterprise-scale digital transformation programs using Microsoft Azure AI, Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot, and Dynamics 365. Manage cross-functional delivery teams, drive AI adoption and responsible governance, support business development, develop reusable Microsoft assets and training, and align client stakeholders across life sciences and other business domains.
