Deliver Veeva CRM and Vault implementation projects for pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences clients. Provide techno-functional expertise in solution design, architecture discussions, CRM and Vault integrations, content approvals, field sales, and regulatory workflows. Collaborate with global technical teams, guide platform decisions, communicate solutions to diverse stakeholders, and support project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Client-site or office travel is occasionally required.

Leads product marketing strategy for ZS platforms and products, including positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, go-to-market planning, product launches, demand generation, sales enablement, and performance optimization. Partners with product management, sales, customer success, and leadership while managing and developing a product marketing team. Requires extensive SaaS or platform product marketing experience and strong strategic, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Design and develop scalable software systems and production LLM solutions using RAG, agentic workflows, PEFT, and guardrails. Own architecture, technical execution, SDLC activities, cloud and Databricks governance, DevOps automation, testing, deployment, and system reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct code reviews, translate business requirements, and guide software design. The role is client-facing and follows a hybrid work model with travel as needed.
