Build, deploy, govern, and improve AI agents for HR workflows using Gemini Agent Builder, Claude, Codex, and MCP integrations. Partner with HR subject matter experts to redesign processes, transfer technical capabilities, monitor adoption, diagnose failures, and drive stakeholder adoption. Collaborate with AI and engineering teams on integrations and governance. The role requires hands-on GenAI building experience, technical fluency, evaluation expertise, change management, and sensitivity to people-data risks.

Design and scale company-wide AI enablement initiatives, including conversational agents, workflow-embedded guidance, learning labs, tool walkthroughs, and AI champion networks. Lead People & Culture enablement, facilitate cross-functional workshops, promote responsible human-AI collaboration, and measure productivity, behavioral adoption, and business impact.

Lead design and delivery of scalable Sales Cloud and GTM systems. Translate GTM requirements into functional and technical designs, coordinate stakeholders, automate sales workflows with AI, and manage onshore/offshore teams to implement and optimize Salesforce and related GTM tools.
