Design and operate highly available infrastructure across multi-cloud and bare-metal environments. Build Python or Go automation and self-healing systems, mature observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry, define reliability objectives, lead incident response, conduct post-incident analysis, and improve operability with engineering teams. The role also supports 24/7 on-call operations, ITIL-based problem management, cloud infrastructure, networking, chaos engineering, and disaster recovery at scale.

Lead reliability and production engineering for a global, multi-cloud platform. Build highly available infrastructure, drive automation with Python/Go, implement observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), define SLIs/SLOs, run incident command and post-incident analyses, and partner across teams to improve operability and scalability.
