You're day- to- day:

  • Drive new agent acquisition through a sustainable, repeatable sales process
  • Prospect for new accounts via cold calling, networking and marketing in assigned territory
  • Meet new and existing customers through in-person meetings
  • Handle inquiries from potential prospects with top-level professionalism and skill
  • Facilitate positive client experiences through your expertise in our systems & process
  • Execute a consultative sales process designed to acquire our future, top clients
  • Become an authority in the competitive landscape of real estate title & escrow
  • Localize your knowledge of trends, market conditions, and nuances of broker/title/escrow relationships
  • Provide exemplary customer service to your clients

What you bring to the table:

  • Strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive ‘can-do’ attitude over the phone and in-person
  • Self-motivation with a strong ability to support and motivate others, too
  • A proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • An appreciation and ability to thrive in a competitive environment, while prioritizing a team-first mentality
  • Deep familiarity with G-Suite, comprehensive knowledge in all things Salesforce and Outreach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including adeptness at presenting to senior management
  • 5 or more years in a sales capacity, with an emphasis on enterprise selling cycles
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered

** Our Account Executives are currently working from home right now mostly, due to the pandemic with some occasional in office time, but will be expected to be in the office 1-2 days per week once our state is further along with vaccination efforts, or when we're on the other side of the pandemic.
