Together with your team of TLD experts, and in partnership with a group of HR business partners, you will cultivate a learning environment that increases employee engagement and aligns with the business’s goals and strategic priorities.
Your Next Challenge:
- Ensure Getty’s performance management strategy and approach is best-in-class, embedded in our employee base, and meets the changing needs of the business while optimizing impact for employees and leaders alike
- Lead the employee engagement survey strategy, execution, and senior leader action-planning process
- Build best practices into Getty’s succession planning and talent assessment process
- Further implement a progressive diversity and inclusion strategy
- Develop and oversee curriculum and content for global leadership and management programs
- Craft the best employee experiences for new starters
- Grow employees’ skills and proficiency in partnership with business/function leaders and subject matter experts
- Develop and maintain analytic solutions to ensure learning program adoption, quality, and effectiveness
- Partner with HR business partners to support local and global learning and development initiatives
- Lead and inspire a global team of high-caliber TLD managers
What You'll Need:
- Demonstrable experience across core strategic HR functional areas (7-10 years)
- Ability to lead and work across international markets and cultures
- Executive presence and gravitas– can influence decision making at all levels
- Strong project management and organizational skills as well as enterprise communication skills
- Experience with best-in-class performance management practices and programs
- Ability to develop creative solutions that address relevant and changing business needs
- Strong negotiation skills across all levels in the organization including senior leadership; proven track record of forming and maintaining positive business relationships
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience successfully coaching business leaders
- Comfort with changing tasks/priorities quickly in an ever-evolving/demanding environment
- Ability to quickly learn (and self-teach) new technologies; solid experience with learning management systems required (Absorb LMS a plus)
