About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Director of Talent Acquisition to join our team. This role will be the first dedicated talent leader on the OneCare team, and will have a TA coordinator reporting to you. You will partner directly with the senior leadership team to build out and execute & deliver a comprehensive recruiting strategy.  You will be able to make an immediate impact as we scale our team. 

This position reports to the VP of People and will be based out of our Seattle office. 

What You'll Do

  • Establish a best in class TA process, tools and systems that attracts, hires and retains the very best employees for our evolving business.
  • Work with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to adapt recruiting strategy & process as needed and as needed improve their skills in the interview process.   
  • Oversee and perform hands-on full cycle recruiting activities: creating job descriptions, sourcing passive candidates, interviewing candidates, and conducting offers & negotiations. 
  • Establish an employment brand for the company that increases the company’s marketplace presence and better positions it to compete for talent. 
  • Build an aggressive diversity and inclusion recruiting strategy that shows tangible progress year over year. 
  • Proactively address deficiencies in compensation, benefits and other  workplace items that may be barriers to recruiting the best people. 
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, social media, and employee referrals 

What We Are Looking For

  • 5-7+ years of overall Recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a high growth multi-state environment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture where the business is constantly evolving
  •  A proactive approach and passion for building teams and creating an exceptional candidate experience
  • Experience partnering with managers and leadership to get the best outcomes. Not an order taker. 
  • Experience evaluating programs & policies, and making recommendations for process improvement

Location

We are located in Seattle's U-District neighborhood, and are conveniently located to the new Light Rail Station. With our on-site parking, the Light Rail, and access to bus lines it is very easy to get to the office. We are located in proximity to many lunch spots with diverse cuisines.
